We understand the bond process is new to most people, so we have put some forms here to help with the process. The Co-Signer form is to be filled out by the Co-Signer, with their information. Please print the form, fill it out, and either scan and email it or fax to 205-409-2795. After that, please put the original in the mail.  The Bond agreement is the agreement between the defendant, the co-signer and the bail bond company, please read the Bond Agreement and sign in appropiate place. Please fill out each form to the best of your ability and, also use true information, as false information can lead to termination of the bond.
